View FMV, Level Selection, All Weapons, All Ammo:
At the "press start" screen, very quickly enter the following:
Triangle Square Circle Left Square Triangle Square Circle Left Square
If done correctly and quickly the above will be available at the options screen.

Turbo:
At the "press start" screen, very quickly enter the following:
X Square Triangle Circle X Square Triangle Circle L2 R2
A sound and screen flash will occur if successful
To activate the turbo during gameplay, just press Circle
